( How we work )
The discipline is the difference
Any company can say reliable and professional. What actually produces a consistent result is a written scope, a crew that is briefed before it arrives, the same checklist every visit, and a supervisor who checks the work. That is the whole product.
From first call to a running contract
- 01Walkthrough
We visit during your hours, look at the real condition, and note access, equipment and problem areas.
- 02Written scope
You get a specific list of what is cleaned, how often, what is excluded, and a fixed price. Nothing vague.
- 03Prepared crew
The crew is briefed on your site before the first visit. They arrive with the right equipment and supplies for that scope.
- 04Checklist every visit
The same checklist is worked every visit, with clock-in and clock-out, so the standard does not drift.
- 05Supervision and photos
A supervisor checks the work. Before and after photos are taken on deep cleans and on anything that needed attention.
- 06Report and correction
You get a short report. If something is our mistake, we come back and fix it. If it is a shared misunderstanding, we talk it through.
Quality control
- We respond to a new enquiry within a few hours during business hours.
- Every recurring site has a checklist worked the same way each visit, with clock-in and clock-out.
- A supervisor checks the work on a set rotation, more often in the first month of a contract.
- Before and after photos are taken on deep cleans and on anything that needed correction.
- Complaints go to management and are answered directly, not left in a gap between shifts.
If something is wrong
If it is a clear mistake on our side, we come back and fix it. No debate.
If it is a shared misunderstanding about scope, we talk it through and management decides on a credit, a discount or an extra visit. We do not turn one-off gestures into a standing policy, and we tell you which situation we think it is.
What we do not do
- Move heavy equipment your staff have not cleared as safe to move
- Work inside gas lines, electrical panels or equipment internals
- Certified exhaust-duct cleaning to NFPA 96 (separate certified trade)
- Claim certifications, bonding or insurance we cannot show you
- Quote a contract without seeing the site
The crew
Crews work in plain dark workwear, moving toward a proper branded uniform. The standard we train to is technical and methodical, with the finish level you would expect in good hospitality. New team members are brought up to that standard before they run a site unsupervised.
