Food court cleaning
A food court unit is a small, high-output kitchen with almost no storage and a hard access window. We scope it tightly, work fast, and plan the visit around the mall’s hours and contractor rules. For food courts in malls across Metro Vancouver.
What a food court unit scope looks like
Typical scope
- Cooking equipment exteriors and the serving counter
- Hood canopy surfaces below the filters
- Stainless walls and splash zones
- Floor, coving and the drain
- Under-counter fridge exteriors and gaskets
- Customer-facing glass, signage ledges and menu boards
- Back-of-counter storage and the bin area
Planned around
- Mall open and close times
- Loading dock and freight elevator windows
- Property contractor sign-in and insurance rules
- Shared grease trap and waste procedures
- Noise and chemical limits in a shared space
Common questions
Do you clean the whole food court or single units?
Single units. We work for the operator of a specific stall or counter. The common seating and floor are usually the mall’s own contractor.
Can you work within tight mall access windows?
Yes. The visit is planned around the loading dock schedule, mall hours, and any contractor sign-in the property requires.
We have several food court locations. Can you do all of them?
Yes. Each unit gets its own short scope and checklist, with one contact and separate reporting per unit.
